Dear Fehm
I send this message with a grateful heart. It's been a long journey of struggle and strife. In 2016 I was widowed but my problems only exacerbated. I tried many things. Ran a successful business. Studied. Won and lost money. I persevered though.

But throughout my journey as a widow, I found that something was missing,...I questioned myself was it a man? No. Was it finance? No....was it this? Was it that? No...So what was it?

Until I met you, I did not realise that I pushed some "abuse demons" at the back of my mind and carried on. I faced people who trampled over me, abused my sensitivity, and took advantage of my vulnerability but today, I blame myself for allowing myself to be stepped on.

Now that I have realised what was missing, the strength to stand up and say NO.... I have suddenly, with your help, found the strength!! Thank u🤗

I am able to say NO, and yes, some people make me look ugly, but who cares? From the day I started the course with you, avenues started opening up for me...I am now able to say no and with a smile too! Oh yes, as I said, many do not digest this new attitude of mine, but I don't care anymore. I am no longer gonna be the people pleaser_ I used to be.

From now on, it's just me, myself and I.... yes I do sound selfish, right? But again, who cares😁....

So to summarise my journey with u, with loads of thanks👇🏻

thank you Fehm, for arising in me the strength (I didn't know I had🙂), to face my challenges head on...thank you for guiding me into being the stronger person that I could have been years ago, thank you for showing me the light.....2024 is gonna see a whole new me!

Working with Fehm has been a blessing. I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, which led to many problems such as anxiety being one of them.
Doctors wanted me to go on chronic medication, which I refused. I've worked with Fehm for over two years now, and the symptoms have disappeared and I did not need medication. I feel and look my best.

Starting off attending Fehms workshops are completely powerful and eye-opening to any person that has the opportunity to experience it, it will leave you questioning how you went about life before this. I am a very private person who dislikes being in groups of people and speaking out infront of others, yet every session I found myself opening up more and more and being more confident in expressing my challenges. I was reminded to love myself and not live upto society and what the perfect women is supposed to be like, that being me is enough, even so it made looking in the mirror easier day by day. I learnt that it is ok to have flaws and that makes me who I am. These sessions made me realize I can't control or worry about what others think about me thats on them. The best part is you find yourself using what you learnt in everyday life, you think back on a session and apply whatever it is in any particular situation. Thanks to Fehms I love myself a little more each day. Thanks to Fehms I have become more confident in doing the things I was to afraid to do before and have realized that I am not alone in this that there are many other women like me from different walks of life and have created many strong bonds.

Oh wow.. lol I'm just reflecting on how much confidence
I have in 2023 let alone 2024.
